Windows 10: Black screen is it drivers problem?

Hi I have a long lasting problem I can't change the graphics unfortunately as it is a water circuit. Otherwise update I reinstalled complete windows again on another disk. In the first test I got an error on the armoury crate app, which I used Revo to get out of the pc and waited to see what would happen. So a new error and message came up and it-Description A hardware problem caused windows to stop working properly. Signature of the problem LiveKernelEvent name. Code: 1b8 Parameter 1: 1 Parameter 2: 0 Parameter 3: 0 Parameter 4: 0 Operating system version: 10_0_22621 Service Pack Up
