Windows 10: Black Screen issue every week or so

Hello everyone, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but please help me.

I am having this strange issue since I upgraded my computer from Intel to Ryzen.

Every week or so, if I restart my PC, I am greeted with a black screen with a loading cursor, and nothing else. CTRL+ALT+DEL does nothing, and I cannot login. Clock and stuff never shows up. Only way to fix it is to reinstall windows. However, the last time it happened, I took a system backup, and was able to restore to that. Unfortunately, this continues to happen, and I have absolutely no idea why it happens.

Online results tell me it has to do with my GPU drivers, but they work fine, and I can even restart most of the times without fail, it's always after 1 week or so. I cannot enter safe mode, as my keyboard doesn't work there. I've tried different keyboards and ports. After windows reinstall, I can boot into safe mode just fine.

None of these issues happened on my Intel PC with the same GPU and drivers.

Please, any help would be appreciated.

System Specs Ryzen 5 3600 Gigabyte b550m ds3h 16GB ram Corsair Intel 660p SSD Nvidia GTX 1660ti.

  When you say “Now, nothing is on my desktop” what exactly are you referring to?
