Windows 10: Black screen no cursor and command prompts dont work but pc is still on and my...

I used reset my pc and did the full option to do a fresh slate as i and an issue called krrnl mode corruption heap which i tried to fix but came up with just a laggy screen and slow pc. I then reset my pc with windows nut i went to sleep and then when i came to my pc the next say i had a black monitor no cursor and command prompts were not working with my keyboard and my monitor just said no signal so my hardware isn't detecting my monitor. I think its lots of viruses corrupted my windows but please let me know i really need help.

Please follow the below suggestion and check if that helps.

If you see the black screen only
after sign-in and you can see a mouse cursor:

• While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.
  
• If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab and ending the task.
  

If this resolves the black screen, use corruption resolution steps.

Perform SFC scan.

I would also suggest you to run the System update readiness command. It detects incorrect manifests, cabinets or registry data, it may replace the incorrect data with corrected version available. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click command prompt (Run as administrator).
• In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press
  Enter key after each command:
  • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type
Exit, and then press Enter.

Installation media boots to command prompt

I've just booted from known working install media to see exactly what it does when booting. The sequence of events is...

1. Windows logo on a black screen
2. circling dots appear beneath the logo
3. light blue 'Please wait' screen with circling dots
4. a command prompt window (very briefly)
5. the initial Setup page appears

Do you see steps 1-3? If so, it appears you have stopped at step 4, suggesting that something on the disc cannot be read.

Does the disc boot properly in another machine? If so, try cleaning the laptop's drive lens then try booting from the disc again.

If not, make new install media with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, either as a bootable USB, on an ISO that you can burn to another disc. At Step 8 in Option One of this tutorial you can choose between making a USB or an ISO.

Black Screen and Cursor...

Hello all. Currently am trying to fix a Toshiba Satellite for someone. Upon booting the computer all I got was a black screen with the mouse pointer. After waiting a few minutes nothing happened. I confirmed with the owner that I can do a clean install of windows as she hasn't used the computer in months and has nothing on it of use. So I popped in my Windows 7 Disk and the "Press any key to boot..." message displayed, so I did. After that it said it was loading files and whatnot and here I am looking at the same black screen with a cursor. Am wondering where to go from here?

I have tried booting in safe mode with no luck. Haven't tried safe mode with Command prompt.
Tried doing a memory diagnostic just because with no luck.

I found a multitude of answers online but all of them vary. One said that the guy just waited about two hours and then everything appeared. He said that it was running EXTREMELY slow and that after the install all was normal again.

So am I looking at a waiting game here or what?

UPDATE: Tried booting with low resolution settings and that didn't work either.
Tried booting in safe mode with command prompt and that didn't work
Tried booting using last known good configuration and that didn't work
