Windows 10: Black Screen nothing appears no matter what i press

I had alot of crashing and freezing so i did a system restore but it caused even more problems so i chose to undo it and after 8 hrs it was stuck on restoring the registry so i did what some Microsoft forum said and force shutdown the system now after the loading screen theres a dim black screen with nothing no cursor no task manger And the system its completely unresponsive Specs: i5-12450h3050 laptop16 gb ddr4 Tried reinstalling windows from a usb but when i select the upgrade one it shows an error and i need my data and apps and i dont have a backup Things i tried :-Dism cleanup image tel

The thread which u provided is when windows hang but in my case it doesn't hang it works fine but as u see in first picture icons,taskbar are displayed
