Windows 10: Black screen of death and fans maxed out / Mini dump attached

Hi...

I wonder if anyone can help me. My computer, when playing games will freeze with the black screen of death. I thought it was a CPU cooler issue, but temps are good. I've used two different GPU with the same issues but again temps are good. 3D Mark will
only run for about 15 seconds before quitting.

I've run an overnight memory test, all was good.

Could this be a power-supply issue?

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

 

Black Screen of Death

This black screen has avoided my usual troubleshooting skill. So I need help. Screen is black. I try ctrl +win+shift+B and the login arrives just long enough to log in. After login has past in the black I do that again and I see the boot went normal for 5 secs max. Goes black again. Ctrl+ shift+ Del let's me see that screen but goes black before I can do anything. Nothing else I've tried worked. Same symptoms with and without GPU installed. Running off Motherboard graphics currently. Hope you guys have a suggestion.
