Windows 10: Black screen of death with cursor and taskbar

I have the windows installation download on a USB but the computer is refusing to run the download and saying the system isn't ready

Windows 10 black screen of death

I Computer have a black screen of death, no cursor, no way to get into safe mode, bios, anywhere totally and utterly unresponsive. What is this really am I gonna loose my PC because of microsoft.

My question is is this, is there nothing that I can do?

All the answers I see out there presuppose that you have at least a cursor visible or are able to start in safe mode or get into the bios. I can't get no where it turns on a black screen and that is it.

Really Microsoft give me an answer. What do I do?

I have a black screen of death, no cursor, no way to get into safe mode, totally and utterly unresponsive, unlike the trusty iPad I am writing this on. I spoke to a tech who told me there is nothing to be done and someone will have to come out and bypass
the start up system with an external device.

My question is is this true, is there nothing that I can do?
