Windows 10: Black screen on 1st boot and right clicking crashes windows explorer.

I've had this problem on my old laptop from 14 years ago and thought that it was behaving like that since it is old. But I'm on a decent computer and I'm experiencing the exact same problem but only with a profile I mainly use, on other profiles right click works just fine but I still have to boot windows 2 times to get it to work normally. I really need a solution to this since right clicking saves me so much time when it comes to making class projects and working.

When I right click a folder it works fine as well as selecting a file without right clicking it but when I get to a certain folder, selecting a file in it will crash the file explorer and I think it was somewhere in AppData/Roaming

It's a WIN 7 glitch, Registry problem. Could be caused by a lot of apps, especially AV/AS.

edit: haha, i just noticed that the snipping tool is completely gone from my system, it was there the other day, now its gone and its backup in winsxs wont run....god i hate windows. heck with it, i'm formatting

I'm thinking you have a program installed on your machine that integrates itself into Windows shell that is messed up. An example would be a program like imageburn or Catalyst control center that puts itself into the "right-click list". If you've installed any programs recently, try uninstalling them.
