Windows 10: Black screen on 2 monitors when alt+tab or windows key

I have been having an issue where if I have 2 monitors connected to my gpu if I alt tab or press the windows key on a full screen game, both screens go black for a few seconds. This has only started happening since I upgraded my motherboard and power supply with a fresh install of windows and is very frustrating.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers with ddu, updating chipsets, different cords, game mode settings, full screen optimisation settings, power modes and settings and I cant figure it out.I have also installed and tested a different gpu and it had the same problem.I saw t

When Alt-Tab on my main monitor it messes up?

When I Alt-Tab on my main 1440p 32in monitor my 2 side 1080p 27in monitors get their applications dragged to the middle and then the game tab backs into itself. Also when trying too Alt-Tab on games it won't let me get out of a black screen unless I restart my computer. This only started happening when I added my 1440p monitor to the mix it tries to make my other 2 monitors resolution change also when Alt-Tabbing and sometimes breaks the monitor into a black screen.

i always just use the windows key to get back to the desktop [pops up the start dealy, doesn't need anything to alt+tab to]

• Have you installed all pending updates?
• Are you able to log into Desktop?
• Is the issue specific to Ctrl + Alt + Del screen?

Black screen error can occur if the computer is not up to date with all Drivers and Windows updates. Install all pending updates and check if that helps.
