Windows 10: Black screen on Asus Computer

I have an Asus notebook and put it into safe mode after unusual activity in the 5 days I was without Macafee. There seem to be an unknown user and I was having problems accessing the playstore. I purchased a recovery disk to reinstall windows and managed to load this but it has failed three times and now there are three volume/ Partitions none of which allows windows to load.I have tried to do start up repair but it fails each time. I have tried troubleshooting and every item on the menu and non of them work, for example, I have reset the pc and even this failed.Does anybody have any ideas for

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
