Windows 10: Black screen on browser videos

For some time now on my computer when I turn on some videos on youtube, tiktok, twiter, etc. I have a black screen on all browsers and the video can only be seen when I move the screen from top to bottom or when I hover the cursor over timeline I think you know what I mean and I don't know what to do about it.
