Windows 10: Black screen on my pc after updating platform key

Hello people i installed windows 11 and my game needed secure boot to run so i went on yt and found a tutorial that told me to update platform key and here i am with a pc that turns on but no display only a black screen. I have a gigabyte b450 gaming x motherboard rtx 3060 16 ram ddr4 and ryzen 9 3950x. I already tried so mamy things i removed cmos battery and waited multiple times, i tried the jumper method still no result i tried removing my gpu and connecting my screen with motherboard directly and that didnt work either. Please i really need some help coz im freaking out .

The update that you installed in your Windows 10 might have resulted to a software conflict. What we recommend is that you start your PC in safe mode from the sign-in screen.
Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. It can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC. Here are the steps:

• When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select the Power
  icon > Restart.
• After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 5 or
  F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.
