Windows 10: Black screen on PC after windows login.

Hey! I have nothing but a black screen with my mouse after the windows login screen. I have restarted, I have backed up to a previous update, I have gone through BIOS, and I have tried to enter safe mode which did not work, the screen stayed black upon restarting in safe mode, and nothing is working. How can I fix this?

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

• Does black screen appear when you before user login’s or after user has logged in ?
  
• Does black screen appears when you lock your pc?

This problem occurs because of a change in the behavior of Win Logon and Logon UI. This change introduces the potential for the deadlock.
