Windows 10: Black screen on safe mode windows 10

My computer was having constant errors whenever i tried to open any application, saying something about mapping and user IDs. I looked it up, and some people were saying that i needed to go into safe mode to fix it. I couldn’t go into the Windows settings app, so I tried turning on safe mode from msconfig. When I restarted my PC, all I saw was a black screen, and it continues to only be a black screen for about an hour. I tried restarting, but it was the same thing again. My computer doesn’t seem to ever let me access the boot menu or BIOS menu no matter what I try, and there never was any boot logo so I don’t have any instructions even if I could press sonething to access a menu. I saw somewhere that it might help to press Ctrl+F8 while booting, but that didn’t help at all and the computer still has nothing displayed on-screen. I have tried all of the video ports on my graphics card, and my motherboard either doesnt have any or has them blocked off. The computer in question is an Acer Aspire ATC-605-EF30, with the graphics card swapped out for a Sapphire R7 250 with boost.

Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

We have Windows 10 installed on a Dell Laptop for months with only minor issues. All of a sudden it now only shows the black screen before Login. All the suggested fixes in other Posts don't help, even booting into safe mode only shows the black screen with
mouse Cursor.

I wonder if there is a way to remove the graphics Driver when in the repair mode command line?

 

Black Screen in Safe Mode only!


I am having trouble getting into safe mode, after I type my password, I get a black screen with nothing on it, the screen is lit up but black. It works in normal mode just not Safe Mode, I Googled 'Windows 10 Safe Mode black screen' but only results show telling you to go into Safe Mode to fix the problem, there is nothing regarding this problem in safe mode alone. This is a Windows tablet so removing cables, uninstalling/reinstalling or trying a new video card is not possible here. Tweaking.com told me to restart into Safe Mode to use the application and now I am stuck, the program will not clear the safe mode flag from the boot until I run the program which I cannot because of this issue.
