  1. black screen on startup with loading cursor

I was playing games with friends when I decided to restart my pc because it’s been on for a while, and then I got hit with the black screen with a loading cursor. I’ve tried to do everything ranging from restoring to a previous windows update, startup repair, and even trying to factory reset my pc which it didn’t even let me do. I’ve tried to boot it into safe mode which worked but when I tried to open NVIDIA it didn’t let me so I tried to open DDU and uninstall drivers but it gave me an error code. I’ve attempted to manually uninstall the drivers via control panel but it didn’t let me uni

    :)

  2. Windows7 fail to load at startup. Just black screen and a cursor.

I have a Todhiba Satellite L505D, that will start to load windows 7 then go yo a black screen with nothing but the cursor. I have tried the F8 on startup, it is ignored, and does the same thing, acts like it is starting windows then goes black with the cursor.

I have seen others complain of this exact same issue, is there a fix?

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake
