Windows 10: black screen on startup

Hello, for a few days I was trying to enter a Steam game, but it kicked me out and closed indicating the Unreal engine 4 crash reporter, I don't know what I did that it doesn't happen anymore, but now when I tried to play The Sims on the EA app my screen went blank and it stayed like that with no option to do anything. I uninstalled it, looked for help and fixed it, but now when I turn it on my computer it gets a black screen, then it goes back to normal, then black again and it's fine, and while I'm using it it gets stuck for a few seconds and then the white screen appears, I don't know what'
