Windows 10: Black Screen Opening Windows Security

I clean reset my device format without keeping the files and upon startup i deleted MCafeecame preinstalled from the deviceI have a Dell G15. Now i cannot open windows security. I have surfed the net for hours and tried everything possible registry, downloading appx and Securityhealth stuff, reinstall, reset, update,powershell codes, etc. and it is still a blank screen. Its very annoying and kind of nerve recking knowing i dont have access to security when i just deleted an antivirusCan someone please give detailed steps to any possible fix, that isnt listed from above. Please this stuf

I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
