Windows 10: Black screen or unresponsiveness after Sleep Mode - Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9

I recently bought a Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9 laptop. Since day one, it has showed the following random behaviors after waking up from Sleep Mode:Being completely unresponsive in mouse movement, pressing any key or pressing the Power Button.Waking up, but then stays at a black screen state and returns to Sleep Mode after ~30 seconds.Waking up, but then stays at a black screen state for more than ~30 seconds.Note that all this behavior is after it stays in Sleep Mode for a considerable amount of time let's say 30 minutes for example. If it is in sleep mode for less time let's say 5 minutes, then it

Hi!

I frequently run into a black screen after waking my laptop up from Sleep Mode. I've tried the solutions on the following troubleshooter:

Results:

• Caps Lock light doesn't turn on so I'm assuming keyboard is unresponsive
• Turning off laptop with on/off button works, but this issue happens often, and I would like a more permanent solution

Lenovo LOQ 15 shows black screen after update

Hi. I have been using Lenovo LOQ 15 for about 4 months now, and experienced this issue for the first time recently. The laptop updated and shortly after the screen went black. The keyboard was working its lights were on and responded to the colour change by space bar. The logo would also appear upon restart. However, the screen would remain black afterwards. I restarted the system several times but it did not help, the window for "Recovery" would show and advanced options would appear, which required mobile verification which did not work. The next morning the laptop turned on properly without any effort. What am I to do to prevent this from happening again?
