Windows 10: Black screen + please wait

Hello guysSo I have this problem with my laptop ROG STRIX, this started happening after I tried updating, but I think something went wrong and the last thing I saw is that it was undoing the changes.When powering on, it says please wait for a long period of time, like 10-15 minutes, after waiting, its the same loggining in, your profile and how you need to put in a pin to get access, but after you login, it's stuck with a black screen and your cursor.I cannot open task manager, I've tried opening it in safe mode with network but that hasn't worked, any ways to fix my laptop without resetting
