Windows 10: Black screen, running but can't see anything-trojan ms

I was on IG and suddenly my screen froze with a Trojan warning from Microsoft with a phone number that said don't turn off computer. I tried to exit and had to shut off computer. Restarted and all was fine for 30 min working in canva, then without warning my screen went black. Computer is running but I can't see anything, can't see settings or use mouse, keystrokes so i cant run diagnostics or anythingare useless, tried control alt all delete and power button. But screen opens completely black every time, I can see power on and hear restart tones, but that's it- help anyone please!!
