Windows 10: Black screen shown after loging into pc

Hello, Iam a Window 10 user 2 days ago i visited a website which is tagged as dangerous after i downloaded a software from there my pc is malfunctioning like it is slower then before also my Windows defender is not working properly whenever i open Windows Security on the top it says "Security at glance" and the whole screen is blank i even vant scan my pc for malwares or viruses.I saw some youtube vedios but none of them worked,At last i reset my pc yesterday it was working nicely but today as usual i was working on my pc and at an instant the window shows "your pc ran i to a problem " something like that and it restarts my pc again when i logged in my pc it shows vlank blsck screen eith my mmouse cursor and nothing else. I searched for this issue too on youtube but none of them worked.I again installed windows 10 in my pc but it is still showing bllank black screen with the mouse cursor I dont know what to do pleaseeee help me
