Windows 10: Black screen spinning circle. Not way to check what's causing it?

Hello, so periodically my windows 10 home system will hang during boot on a black screen with a loading circle forever unless I reboot the system. I have no idea what it's even loading when it hangs, is there no option to have it post what it's initializing like windows used to have? Do I need to upgrade to win10 pro for this feature or does it no longer exist?

It's extremely frustrating when I have to do a google search for an issue that has literally hundreds of potential causes and no specific answers.

Windows 10 Black Spinning Circle with Cursor Pointer Before Login screen

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

• Windows Logo Spinning Circle
• Black Screen spinning Circle
• Login

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

1. What is the make and model of the PC?
   
2. Have you updated the display driver via Device Manager on the computer?
   

However, let us follow these methods and check if that helps.

Method 1: As you have started the PC in Safe Mode, suggest you to uninstall the display driver and restart the PC. Follow these steps:

1. Open Device Manager.
   
2. Expand Display Adapter.
   
3. Right click your Display adapter and click Uninstall.
   
4. Exit Device Manager.
   

Remember to restart the computer. After the restart the default drivers will install automatically.

Method 2: Make sure that Windows 10 supports your graphics card.

If you’re experiencing a black or blank screen, it may be a compatibility issue with your graphics card and Windows 10.
