Windows 10: black screen system crashes with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

just bought a new pc. after a few months with no issues its now having almost daily black screen crashes with whocrashed showing DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. from mjy research the symptoms are indicitive and a cable issue with my 4070 ti super black screens and fans going to 100%. sometimes the system will show a crash and sometimes it wont. tried multiple driver edtions with no success. tried reseating the cable and i thought the issue was resolved being that no crashes were expirenced in a month or two. then it began happening again.... any help will be appriciated....

Had the blue screen and message DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION on my HP notebook.

Rebooted and now the screen is black.

Any suggestions/solutions out there?
