Windows 10: Black screen - system32\chakra.dll

Despite multiple sessions with Microsoft technicians - including reinstalling Windows 10, my computer periodically receives this message: "c\windows\system32\chakra dll - The paging file is too small for this operation to complete." So far, I've spent so many hours on this without a solution - probably equivalent to several days work. Can anyone help fix this once and for all (without my having to buy a new computer).
