Windows 10: Black screen // User account issues

Hello everyone! Im having an issue where if I log into my main user account I get a black screen with a mouse in it. In this black screen I can access task manager and cmd. If I try to log in into my other user account I can get in with no trouble at all. Any ideas on how to fix it?

• What exactly do you mean by: "here is an advanced system care widget on the upper right hand corner though"?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error message with this issue?
• Are you referring to built-in administrator account on your device?

I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).

  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
