Windows 10: BLACK SCREEN USING EXTEND SCREEN WINDOWS 10 1903 MAY UPDATE 2019

WHEN I USING EXETEND SCREEN AND THE LAPTOP I AM WORKING WITH BY EXAMPLE WITH EXCEL AND THE EXTEND SCREEN WITH VISUAL STUDIO OR I USING SOME LEARNING YOUTUBE LESSONS I RECEIVE THE BLACK SCREEN, I NEED TO TURN OFF MY LAPTOP AND RESTART AND ONLY USE THE LAPTOP SCREEN EVERYTHING IS OK, THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE THIS THE INTERNAL VENTILATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN WORKIN AT TOP SPEED AND I NEED TO WITH ABOUT 10 MINS TO TURN OFF MY LAPTOP, I CHECK THE VIDEO DRIVERS AND THE BIOS OF MY DELL INSPIRON 5481 AND ALL HAS BEEN UPTODATE, I TRY THE SAME WAY OF WORK USING MY OLD LAPTOP DEL INSPIRON 1464 WITH THE SAME VERSION OF WINDOWS 10 AND I HAVE THE SAME RESULTS, I HOPE YOU HAVE SOON A UPDATE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM, IN VERSION BEFORE 1903 I DON'T HAVE THIS SITUATION, THANKS

Windows 7 black screen of death

I read a report a little while ago that said the black screens were nothing to do with updates but due to a malicious program (it hit more than just windows 7 users - vista, xp and 2000 were also prone to the black startup screen of death if infected). My windows 7 install is fully up-to-date and i've never had the black startup screen.

Just run some decent anti virus and you should be safe (i suggest microsoft security essentails since it's free and pretty decent). When you've installed an anti-virus i'd suggest doing a full scen to be sure there's nothing there.
