Windows 10: Black Screen when login AoE 4

I've dealt with this black screen issues for almost a month now and there has been no bug fixes. When I boot up the game, the only thing you can see is a cursor and I can hear the background sounds of the intro sequence and the starting screen. I updated my computer, restarted my computer, uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game, and made sure each of my drivers are up to date. Can I please have help with this issue? Thank you, I really miss playing this great game! I've tried to install all update patch on window 11 but still the same.
