    Black screen when login


    hello, I just opened my laptop to find a black screen at startup with a cursor on it only I can access task manager by ctrl+alt+delete and I can access apps by task manager but what should I do so I can fix this problem I tried a ton of thing such as uninstalling updates or restarting it and they didn't work, any solutions?
