Windows 10: Black Screen when opening some new email or scolling photos

Hi All,I am observing a weird scenario wherein my laptop screen goes black for less than a second but it is very irritating.1 I typically observe this issue while opening an email which is new or not opened for may days.2 When browsing the photos stored on the laptop when i click on the next photo so the time between the first and next photo and it becomes very irritating.Also i have already tried all the possible fixes of updating the display/monitor driver, also validated the power settings of the PCI Express to moderate.Also have checked that there is not any windows updated pending.Windo

Photos - black screen

Photos opens as black screen, uninstall option grayed out. Tried repair ;and troubleshooter just tired loading for a couple of hours. It is not listed in store apps.

Has it been discontinued? is there a replacement.

If I open a photo, that opens the app and I have imported the latest photos taken.

Windows 7 Will Not Include Email, Photo and Movie Programs

I think people missed that MS did not say "Internet" in the program list. Just Email, Photo, Movie.
