Windows 10: Black screen when trying to update Windows 10

Hello,When I try to install the latest update, my computer turns off and then on and then the screen just goes black after the HP logo pops up and nothing happens. Pressing keys does nothing and the screen does not return if I move the mouse. The only option I have is turning off the power using the power button. But then my computer keeps asking me to install the update and the same thing keeps happening. It doesn't install the update, it just turns into a black screen. I can use the computer just fine that is, the black screen does not remain after the computer is turned on again, only wh
