Windows 10: Black screen while downloading windows 10

I just started up installing windows 10 because my windows 7 retired. I left for dinner shortly after. When I came back I saw a black screen. I decided to wait. 5 hours have passed and nothing's going on. The keyboard is 'locked' - I tried pressing numlock and capslick and none of the lights turned on. There is no cursor visible. Any solutions? What would happen if I turned off the PC? Note that I downloaded windows 10 from the official media creation tool.

Also, I only have one monitor.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
