Windows 10: Black Screen while Formatting WINDOWS 10

So there is a problem with my computer and I wanted to format/clean up windows 10. I followed the instructions on doing it.


after clicking to delete everything and restore windows 10 again it says "rebooting your computer, it will take a while". After that the computer reboots and when its supposed to be deleting the files and stuff its just stuck on a black screen.


I didn't find any solutions on the internet so I thought you guys might help thanks!

( If you're confused by formatting I mean this option but instead of keeping files I chose to remove all files )

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
