Windows 10: Black screen & Windows Explorer

First of all I'm not any good with PC so keep that in mind ^,^.


But let's get straight to the point. I've got a PC [COLOR=rgba34, 34, 34, 1] HP OMEN by HP 880-112nc. Everything was working pretty fine, no big issues at all, but couple of days I've started to have an issue with Windows Explorer, not sure if this is exactly what causes a problem but it's affected most.[/COLOR]


[COLOR=rgba34, 34, 34, 1]Playing game/watching youtube or any videos online, series or whatever as usual, then suddenly, sound goes all bzzzzz lagged sound like if it freezes, blackscreens my monitor for like 5 sec, goes back but all my icons from desktop/taskbar are gone. But not like deleted, just invisible or behind some invisible wall, tried to click where icon is and was able to run program but didn't see nothing. After opening task manager, restarting windows explorer, everything went back to normal.[/COLOR]


[COLOR=rgba34, 34, 34, 1]Had this problem for couple of days, tried to downgrade my graphic driver to previous version and problems went from 5/day to 1/three days so definitely better but not a solution, but really helps. Though problem is solved but happened again, not a problem to restart windows explorer but shouldn't be thing that happens at all.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba34, 34, 34, 1]I had no antivirus at all so I guessed maybe that's the problem some virus or anything, but after downloading TotalAV and scanning whole PC I didn't find single problem or malware, just some junk to delete etc not a big deal. Also during this blackouts, PC is quiet, not overloaded or something like that. Just freezes somehow.[/COLOR]


[COLOR=rgba34, 34, 34, 1]Okay.... while I'm writing this, it happened again. Not doing anything, no music or any PC pressure, just typing this issue, blackscreen, all icons gone, had to restart windows explorer.[/COLOR]

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
