Windows 10: Black screen windows

hi i reset my pc all files and when it was done I tried to log in to my profile but it just said"user profile cannot be loaded"I tried booting it in safe mode to try to fix it but it just shows a black screen with my cursor.the reason, why i reset it, was because my parents told me to now i don't know what to do
