Windows 10: Black screen with blinking white cursor, I don't have the installation CD

Hi,


I was having problems with my laptop yesterday. A blue screen of death appeared after an upgrade with the code "critical process died". However, in the automatic repair folder, after I tried to "reset this pc" keeping my files, everything turned off. Now, when I turn on my laptop, it is a black screen with a white blinking cursor on the top left corner.


The only thing I can access is by pressing ctrl+alt+del and th F12. Even pressing F8 wont do anything when it's booting.


Please note I don't have the windows installation cd. I bought this computer in september, as a refurbished computer and it didn't come with one.

I wouldn't mind even losing my files on there, there wasn't much important things, but as of now, there's simply nothing that I can do.

Black screen with blinking cursor

I run Windows 10 and have a black screen with a blinking cursor in the upper left corner. I can hit Control, Alt, Delete, and it reboots momentarily, show the Dell logo and F2 Setup anf F12 Boot Options in the lower right corner. Regardless of what key
I hit, it goes right back to the Black screen w/ cursor. I can't seem to do anything. Any suggestions?
