    My PC has this bug, I dont know how it happens but my PC every time It starts with a black screen and the cursor then it restarts and it keeps happening
    I remember I made a restore point but I cant...
    When ever I try to go to automatic repair my keyboard and mouse does not work
    Please Help

    • Were you able to get to the desktop screen after you restarted the system?
    • When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
    • Did you get any error code or error message?

    How can I do the steps listed above, there is nothing but a black screen, nothing to click on. When I restart the computer, there is no problem. But sooner or later I get the black screen. I mean my Mom just bought a brand new computer, and it also does
    it to her. Could the screensaver be causing the problem? It is a screensaver that comes with Windows 10.
