Windows 10: Black Screen with cursor, Can't load up task manager

Ive been having the issue of windows loading after the welcome message to a black screen with just my cursor for a day now. I have tried multiple methods to fix it.

-Safe mode is just the same I can load CMD but not able to even fix it using this.

-I have tried resetting windows but it gets to about 50 percent and starts undoing changes

-System recovery is only able to recover to yesterday when the update happened but after telling me it was sucessful still run into the same problem.

- Unistalling updates does nothing

-Unable to open task manager or even get sticky keys to show up.

I have even taken out the graphics card to find out if that was the problem but the issue still occurs. I have left it on for a night but still nothing loads onto the screen, I have tried leaving it off most the day and even leaving the screen unplugged but havent been able to come across anyone actually finding a solution to fix this other than open task manager which I am unable to do as nothing shows up on screen.

If anyone has some sort of idea that could help me I am open to them.

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Hi, I am prajwal , my PC is facing a problem.when I installed drivers in my PC, after that screen had become black with cursor , I could not able to do anything, I can't see task manager too.So I want to format my PC.But I want to back up all my stuffs.What and how I should do plz suggest me.

No, unfortunately not. It's a registry setting.

In Task Manager, have you tried ending the process explorer.exe and then running it again?
