    BLACK SCREEN WITH CURSOR ISSUEI


    After I used my pc for a while I went out. When I came back I got a pop up installation message. I don't remember that message correctly. It said that I can go to pc home screen only after installing it. so i installed it. After that pc pc only shows a black screen with cursor. This is the case even when turned on in safe mode.
