Windows 10: Black Screen With Cursor Windows 10 90% sure not due to explorer.exe

Hi,

Whenever I start my system and enter my password, I am greeted with a black screen with only my cursor visible. I am however able to open my Task Manager.

After searching the web I came to know that it may be due to explorer.exe but in my case explorer.exe works fine, it automatically opens on startup I observed this in task manager.

After some time 5-7 minutes the black screen vanishes and I can see my desktop .

Btw all windows updates are installed and I reset my pc but the issue still exists.

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
