Windows 10: Black screen with loading circle

After using my Lenovo Idepad Flex 51 laptop, I asked it to Update and Restart. After 5 mins or so, I saw a black screen, assumed it had not restarted, so I used the power button. All I have now is a black screen and a loading circle that keeps clicking to a cursor. It will not boot up, it has no other screen. When I press WIN+CTRL+shift+B, the circle moves to the middle, but no change. I saw a WerFault.exeApplication error Click OK to terminate, so I clicked OK. Nothing changed. Laptop is 3 weeks old.

Black screen with loading circle, doesn't show diagnosing my pc, unable to do anything

Hello, My pc is stuck in black screen with a loading circle, I can't open it no matter how many times i shut down and start again my pc in the second try it say preparing automatic repair but after that it doesn't says diagnosting your pc, it just shows black screen with a loading circle forever, can you please help me or is it something else like a virus that you can't help me?

Computer starts up with black screen and spinning loading circle indefinitely . I’ve tried to re-boot a number of times to try and bring up th advanced option to no avail.I’ve also tried changing my boot location to my DVD drive and installing disk, again to no avail, except that it came up and asked which version I wanted loaded 32 or 64 bit, gave loading bar, and then went black without any loading circle. I’m stumped ?? Help…any ideas on how to get past this black screen and constant loading circle?

 

Windows 10 Black Spinning Circle with Cursor Pointer Before Login screen

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is
