Windows 10: Black screen with loading cursor upon turning on computer

Whenever I turn my pc on, I am first greeted with an "ibuypower" loading screen. Once it finishes loading there's only a black screen and a loading cursor. I've tried using safe mode but I get the error "LogonUI.exe - System Error, The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application. ". I've tried using control alt delete on the black screen to access task manager but nothing happens. This all started when I tried to open my files, windows crashed, and I tried to turn it off and on

Black screen with cursor

Hello community, after I have updated my pc when I turned my computer on it was loading for a long time. As soon as it finished loading my computer I got a black screen with a cursor. I kept trying to turn of my computer over and over again sometimes it
would load and give me a black screen with cursor. Other times my computer says preparing automatic repair but after its done it once again take mes to a black screen with cursor. My keyboard works as I can tell by the lights but none of the key shortcuts
I found online work. I would take help I you guys could please help me.

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake
