  1. Black Screen with mouse cursor i can move after turning on pc after shutdown

I shut down my PC, and when I turned it back on, I saw a black screen with a mouse cursor that I could move. These are the things I tried: reset my bios, disable fast boot, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, sfc /scannow, bootrec /scanos, bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /rebuildbcd, chkdsk /r, and when i start my computer in Safe Mode it said ctfmon exe unknown hard error and when not in Safe Mode sitting on the black screen with the cursor it BSOD with these error codes IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and HYPERVISOR_ERROR

    :)
