Windows 10: Black screen with mouse on boot up W11

Hello, when ı open my PC its really slow and it boots up into a temporary blackscreen with only mice visible, Sometimes it shows something has crashed in the top corner of the screen but it goes away too fast ı cant catch what it is, Even after the black screen has gone away the pc is really slow for a long time, it takes ages to even boot up the AMD driver software to check what's wrong. ı have a SSD a 6700xt and a 5600 so its not a hardware issue Thanks in advance <3

Black screen with mouse?

i seem to be getting this alot lately. how do i solve it?

windows boots, welcomes, then i get black screen with mouse and nothing else. mouse works, its not frozen. it will sit at that screen for hours.

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
