    Black screen with only only mouse cursor


    Many apps failed to start with 'not responding' error message. Windows 11 rebooted into black screen with only mouse cursor moving. Hit alt+ctrl del and ran DISM. Results said Windows was unable to locate problem. Any advise appreciated. Thanks.

    And after doing diskpart , list disc
