Windows 10: Black Screen with Recycle bin only after factory reset

Hi so recently my pc was a bit slow, and me not being a computer specialist or anything decided to factory reset my windows 10 dell laptop. I did the one with my files being kept. So after it was finished I turn on the computer I login into my account with my password, it lets me in into a black screen with only the recycle bin. Nothing seems to work, I cant click the windows button or the search at the bottom left corner, I cant change my display because apparently I dont have the apps anymore and that I have to reinstall them. Can someone please help me? Im not a tech pro so please try to explain in detail. Thanks a bunch.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Lost Recycle Bin in Windows 10

• In the Desktop Icon Settings dialog box, do one of the following: To hide the Recycle Bin, clear the Recycle Bin check box. ...
