    Black Screen with rx 570


    Hello,

    I have a computer with the Msi RX570 graphics card. After a windows update, just after the boot of windows, my screen turns off. I have checked the connections, booted several times in safe mode to remove the drivers and install them in their latest version but during each installation, the screen turns off. Without any driver, the system works fine, but even with a manual installation or windows update, the screen does not receive any signal anymore...

    Do you know where this can come from?

    You can try updating the drivers from Device manager and check if that helps. To update drivers, please follow the steps from

    Also, you can download the latest drivers for the video card from

    If updating the Display drivers didn’t help, please reply with the following details:

    • Could you please share the exact error message?
    • Did you make any changes to the computer recently?

    Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

    On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?
