  1. Black screen with small blue dialog box asking for a password. HELP

Hello, I had wiped my drives to give my computer to a friend and now when I boot it up, I have this password request and it had no password set and no password entered will work.

    Restarting it will do nothing.

If it has to have a clean install, are there any links that are easy to understand and follow, either step by step or etc.

Or are there any ways to get it to boot past this screen?

Because we have a product key but no way of installing it since it won't go past this screen successfully.

I have tried this tip of, which didn't do anything:

"When asked for the password, just hit enter 3 times."

  2. Dialog Box Too Small in Windows 10 computer.

Original Title: Dialog Box Too Small

Some (but not all) dialog boxes pop up too small in Windows 10 on Dell XPS 13. Any suggestions?

  3. Dialog Box Too Small in Windows 10 computer.

Truly amazing that support cannot help with this....

My current work-around is to use the Magnifier Tool which I have now pinned to my task bar.

Change the "view" to "lens" as the full-screen view is hard to navigate.

You can change the size of the Magnifier Tool lens size and you will probably have to play with the settings.

It is a bit unwieldy but better than not being able to see at all.

Did you learn anything? I have the exact same problem and it's not specific with any program. I have a Dell XPX 15 9550. Please help!
