Windows 10: Black screen with white dash in upper left corner

PC boots up to a black screen with a white dash in upper left corner. It doesn't blink, there's no bios that pops up, no logo or loading animation like the windows circle. Also the psu makes a click noise 11 times only when the PC starts up, it then continues on normally. This started happening overnight. The computer is barley 2 years old. I've tried to use a USB with Windows installer but it doesn't do anything. I've unplugged everything, turned off the power, waited for it to regulate or something. I've also removed the battery and put it back to reset cmos but when it turned on the psu cli

Flashing black box in upper left corner

Immediately after upgrading to Windows 10 I have experienced the appearance of a flashing black box in the upper left corner of the screen. It seems to appear about once to several times a minute and is extremely annoying to the point I 'm considering
going back to Windows 8.1. It flashes on and off quickly. The Microsoft representative told me to be patient and he assured me there will be an update soon to correct these bugs. Has anyone else experienced this momentary flashing black box in the upper left
corner which appears regardless of what I'm doing? Also can't enable screen saver since Windows 10 download?
