Windows 10: Black Screen

I updated to the latest Windows Insider and now my computer can't start up properly.

Everything (motherboard, CPU, GPU, HDD, etc...) was functional before the update, so I'm sure it's not a hardware problem.

After the update, I'm welcomed to a black screen on my monitor that disappears after a timeout, so I'm sure it's not a connection issue either.

Everything still starts up, but there isn't a BIOS splash screen or Windows login screen, so I'm unsure what I can do when I can't access the BIOS or boot up in Safe Mode.

I've tried disconnecting the power and resetting the CMOS as well as some advice from online forums, but haven't had any success yet.

If there's any advice you recommend, please feel free to share any possible solutions. I really appreciate any input.
