Windows 10: black screen

I changed the ram in my pc from 16 gig to 64 gig. I’m running windows 11. After turning on the computer and changing the specs in the bios which it loads into perfectly fine and recognizes the new ram, the computer will go as far sometimes as to let me enter in my passkey but then goes to a black screen. I have reset the cmos and removed the battery even. When that did t work I removed the new ram and put the old back in and it still has the same problem. It sits on a black screen and gives me the loading wheel. I’ve let it sit for 45 minutes and nothing is happening or changing.
