Windows 10: Black Screen

A while back i was downloading mods on Nexus Mods for Skyrim and i came into an issue where my screen started tearing. It lead to my screen turning black and my computer screeching at me in the headphones. So I turned it off and restarted it in hopes that that would fix the problem. After i restarted i was greeted with this ‘automatic repair’ blue screen. It would boot in safe mode but always came up with this blue screen when trying to boot it normally. So eventually i decided to reset my computer to factory settings since nothing else was working- but it black screened in the middle of the process and when I restarted my PC it showed the initial windows logo saying ‘undoing changes’ and then black screened again. Tonight i put a windows 10 iso reinstaller tool onto my flashdrive in hopes that that would fix the problem. It was working until it started loading something and eventually black screened yet again. I really dont know what to do and could really use some help as I’ve been without a working computer for around a month and a half now.
